Zhen Guo Group Industry Co. was established at Jilin Province Tonghua Changbai Mountain Pharmacy Research Institute. The company was set up in 1986 by Professor Wang Zhen Guo, who is one of the Nation's First Ten Outstanding Youths, one of the Young and Middle-age experts who have made outstanding contributions in China . The group is composed of Jilin Province Tonghua Zhen Guo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Guangdong Province Zhu hai, Zhen Guo Medicine Scientific Research Institute, Zhu Hai S.E.Z. Tian Xian Health Caring Products Co., Ltd. Shanghai, Zhen Guo Research Institute of Cancer Prevention and Treatment Co., Ltd., Bejing Zhen Guo Cancer Research Center, H.K. International Industry Co., Japan Tokyo Wang and Long Comprehensive Research Institute, American Zhen Guo Research Institute of Science for Life. In addition, our company has set up clinics for cancer prevention and treatment in over 300 cities around the world and allied itself with other domestic units like pharmaceutical factories, bear farms etc. We also have allied with H.K. China-Japan Feida Union Co., Ltd. to set up an International Cancer Recovery Association with base in Hong Kong.

As of now we have established scientific cooperative relations with more than 25 academic organizations at home and abroad including American Cancer Center and the Institute of Pharmacology under the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Guang Anmen Hospital under the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and keep a close relation with more than 130 well known experts. Over 2,000,000 patients from more than 70 countries have received our product for treating cancer and we have received the honor of "Good medicine for Saving Life" for our Tian Xian Series Anti-cancer medicine. Our company have won six international prizes. Professor Wang Zhen Guo was honored with "the Premier Invention Prize", "the General Medal", "the Knight Medal" at the 38th Eureka World Fair for Inventions held in Brussels in 1989. This price was obtained for the invention of the latest anti-cancer medicine Tian Xian. It is the highest honor given to China since it began participating in the fair.  In addition, our findings have been patented in six countries, among them the United States and Japan .

Wang Zhen Guo was awared "the America Achievement of Medicine Contribution in 2000" because he invented the "Tian Xian Shock Therapy". In 2002, the World Life Research Institute USA and the American Cancer Control Society awarded him "In Recognition for Outstanding Contributions in Research and Development of Cancer Treatment and Prevention" and "Advances in Herbal Therapies for Cancer and Immune System Enhancement".
